Who we are

What we collect
When you use the contact form, the quote form, the newsletter or a job application, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, organisation, the service you are interested in, your message and any file you attach (for example a project brief or a CV).
To protect the forms from abuse we also store a one-way hashed form of your internet address and the name of your browser. We cannot turn the hash back into your address.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and prepare any quote you asked for.
- To consider a job application.
- To send newsletter updates, only after you confirm your subscription by email.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
Who can see it
Only ICGS staff whose role needs it can see your details, through a password-protected dashboard that records who opened and changed what. We do not sell your information. Email is delivered through our email provider [name to be confirmed].
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to [24] months and then deleted. Job applications are kept for [12] months. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in every email; we then stop sending it.
Cookies and analytics
See the Cookie Policy. Analytics only run if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@icgs-sl.com. [Counsel to add the rights and complaint routes that apply under Sierra Leone law.]
