Our story
Who we are
ICT Consultancy and General Services (SL) Limited (ICGS) is an ICT firm based in Freetown, Sierra Leone. ICGS began in 2014 as a sole proprietorship and became a company in 2020.
Our team is made up of experienced software developers and IT professionals who work with both proprietary and open-source technologies, including ASP.NET, C#.NET, Python (Django, Flask and FastAPI), JavaScript, React, MySQL, PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server, and for AI and data work, PyTorch, TensorFlow, large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP) and Power BI.
Over the years, we have built strong relationships within the Freetown Municipality and become a reliable partner in the ICT sector. Our clients include individuals, private companies, government ministries and educational institutions.
