About ICGS
What is ICGS?
ICT Consultancy and General Services (SL) Limited (ICGS) is an ICT firm based in Freetown, Sierra Leone. We began in 2014 as a sole proprietorship and became a company in 2020.
Where is ICGS located?
Our office is at 3 Henry Street, Freetown, Sierra Leone.
Who does ICGS work with?
Individuals, private companies and organisations, government ministries and agencies, universities and colleges, and civil society groups across Sierra Leone.
Which technologies does your team use?

What services does ICGS offer?
Software development, mobile app development, web design, database management, data analytics and dashboards, AI and machine learning applications, network installation and maintenance, service desk and ICT support, hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, ICT training and virus and patch management.
Can you build apps for both Android and iPhone?
Yes. We build mobile apps for Android and iOS, such as the reality TV voting app we delivered in 2023.
Do you train our staff?
Yes. We train your staff and provide user manuals when we hand a system over, and we offer ICT training for the people who use the systems we deliver.
Can you host and maintain a system after it is built?
Yes. For the Grievance Redress Mechanism we developed, hosted and maintain the system. Tell us what you need and we will explain the options.

Yes. Links to banks, SMS and payment services are part of our software development work.
